Soft, fluffy and delicious homemade butter naan made with just FOUR ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 cup of Greek/Plain Yoghurt
1 ⅓ cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
Method:
1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add the greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and begin incorporating to form the dough.
3. After kneading for a few minutes you will have a smooth ball of dough.
4. Place the dough on a well-floured surface and cut it into 4 pieces.
5. Use flour to prevent sticking and in your palm, form each ball into a disk and then begin rolling on a floured surface. You’ll want this to be rolled flat, roughly ¼ inch thick.
6. Heat up a pan and once hot, place your dough to cook until you get dark brown spots and bubbles begin to form, 2 minutes on each side. If you get giant air bubbles you can just use your spatula to flatten them.
7. Spoon or brush over garlic butter and salt.
