Peppermint Crisp Tart

Baker's Dream Peppermint Crisp Tart Recipe

Our Peppermint Crisp Tart is the perfect no-bake treat to share with family and friends!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Tennis Biscuits (or plain biscuits)

  • 1 Tin Caramel Condensed Milk

  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 Peppermint Crisp Chocolate Bar, chopped


Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the fresh cream until soft and fluffy.

  2. Add the vanilla essence and mix gently.

  3. Fold in the caramel condensed milk until well combined.

  4. Break the biscuits into pieces and layer them at the bottom of a tart dish.

  5. Spread a layer of the whipped cream and caramel mixture on top of the biscuits.

  6. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the cream layer.

  7. Add another layer of broken biscuits, followed by the whipped cream and caramel mixture, and top with more chocolate.

  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to allow the tart to set.
