Quick and easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg
Method:
Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Use a fork to press down on each ball, creating a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
