Our easy fudge recipe uses few ingredients and is the ultimate indulgent treat!
Ingredients:
330g granulated sugar
65ml water
1 tin condensed milk
60g butter
30ml golden syrup
Method:
Dissolve sugar in water, add butter, golden syrup and condensed milk.
Bring to simmer, stirring continuously, cook until the mixture forms a soft ball.
Remove from the heat and beat with an electric beater until the mixture is slightly thicker but can still be poured into a tin.
Pour into a greased baking tin. Do not try and spread the fudge, as you will lose the glossy appearance and smooth texture.
Allow set in the fridge for 2 hours and slice using a sharp knife.
