Here is a quick and easy Milo Mug Cake recipe to whip up for the kids after dinner!
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Baker's Dream All-Purpose Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp caster sugar
2 Tbsp Milo
1 egg
3 Tbsp milk
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
Method:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until everything is combined.
2. Pour the mixture into a mug, making sure not to fill it more than halfway.
3. Place the mug into your microwave and cook on high for 45 seconds - 1 minute. The cooking time will vary depending on your microwave.
4. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
