Ingredients:
1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
⅔ cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 ¼ cups Baker’s Dream Cake Wheat flour
¾ cup Hot Chocolate
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix butter until light and fluffy. Add in sugars and mix until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until just combined. 3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add to wet ingredients and stir to combine.
Scoop onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, approximately 2-3 tablespoons of dough per scoop, and bake for approximately 9-11 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at least ten minutes prior to transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
What do you mean by "hot chocolate"? Liquid / prepared or powder? Cocoa or "just add water" type?
