These honey cornbread muffins are perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack, and is a twist on a South African classic!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cornmeal
1 Cup Baker's Dream Flour
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Honey
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
Method:
Preheat your oven to 200°C and grease a muffin tin.
Mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, oil, and eggs.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 15 - 18 minutes.
