Crispy, chewy, and irresistable homemade cereal bars!
Ingredients:
4 Cups of your Favourite Cereal
4 Cups Mini Marshmallows
3 Tbsp Butter
Method:
Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows until completely melted.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the cereal until it is evenly coated with the marshmallows.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands (lightly greased with butter or cooking spray) to press the mixture firmly into the pan.
Allow the cereal bars to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, or until they are firm.
