The Perfect Crispy Fried Fish!
Ingredients:
500g White Fish Fillets
1 Cup Baker's Dream Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 Cup Cornmeal (optional)
2 Eggs
1 Cup Buttermilk
Method:
Mix Baker's Dream Flour, cornmeal (optional), salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk together.
Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture, then coat with the seasoned flour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden brown.
