Whip up some fun with this edible Cookie Dough recipe!
Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Baker's Dream All-Purpose Wheat Flour
½ Cup Salted Butter, softened
⅔ Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
¼ tsp Salt
Method:
Place the flour in a microwave-safe dish and microwave it for 1 minute (safe for raw consumption). Let the flour cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy, for 2 minutes. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and whisk again.
Add the flour, mixing until combined.
Add in the chocolate chips by hand, then enjoy right away or store in fridge. The butter in the cookie dough will harden as it chills, so you will need to leave them out until room temperature to soften up when refrigerated for long.
