Easy Crispy and Golden Fried Chicken!
Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken Pieces
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Baker’s Dream Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika (optional)
Cooking Oil, for frying
Method:
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and add the milk, making sure all pieces are covered.
Let it soak for about 30 minutes. This helps to make the chicken tender.
In a large bowl, mix the Baker's Dream Flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Take the chicken out of the milk and roll each piece in the flour mixture until it is completely covered.
Heat the oil in a large pan or pot over medium-high heat until it is hot.
Carefully add the chicken pieces to the hot oil, a few at a time.
Fry the chicken until it is golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Remove and place on paper towels to remove any excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy!
