Chocolate Crinkle Biscuits

Bakers Dream Chocolate Crinkle Biscuit Recipe

Delicious Homemade Chocolate Crinkle Biscuits!


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

  • ¼ cup Oil

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Baker's Dream All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar, for rolling

Method:

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and oil until well combined.

  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, sift together Baker's Dream All-Purpose Flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a thick dough forms.

  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

  6. Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.

  8. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and have a cracked appearance on top.

  10. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  11. Serve and enjoy these delightful Chocolate Crinkle Biscuits with mom on Mother's Day!
